Please login to your Server via Remote Desktop using the IP Address, Username, and Password provided to you.

If you don’t know how to locate the Remote Desktop Client Program, please refer to the Instructions below:

WINDOWS:
1.  Click “Start”.
2.  Click “All Programs” .
3.  Click “Accessories”.
4.  Locate the “Remote Desktop Client” and open it.

MAC:
1.  Go to http://www.microsoft.com/mac/remote-desktop-client and download the Remote Desktop Client to your Computer.
2.  Install and Run the Software.
